Membership participation is the same for a "newbie" member as it is for a "Platinum" member on FC.  The different membership levels are not related to how much money can be made, they relate to how much any particular posts in the FC forums.  At this time, referrals cannot be purchased on FC.  Referrals are a great way to boost one's earnings and there are some members here who can advise further in that regard, (such as "old buddy").  Welcome to FC; where everyone has an equal opportunity to make as much as they can make.

Btw, this forum is the FC "Support" forum which is generally not for membership questions per se, (something most new members are unaware of until this is pointed out so, don't take it personally - everyone here was new once - including me).
