So I have leave in 15 minutes and the baby has no clothes on and he just fell asleep oh why oh why can't he sleep when I have no where to be so then I could sleep too...

Because babies don't care if you sleep.  I've always thought how strange it must be for babies to be sleeping soundly and wake up to find themselves in a totally different place from where they were when they went to sleep. Good Luck.

Well my son makes his own schedule I totally understand that and when he falls asleep even if it's just ten minutes he wakes up when I pick him up to head out the door and literally doesn't nap at all after that and is ready for bed around 6:30 and gets up as usual at 4 am.   I don't know why he won't sleep any longer for a nap when he is being moved around.  I always thought babies could sleep through anything but not my son.   He wants to be in the action whether he is tired or not but then mommy has to hear the fussy cranky cries he lets out it gets kinda frustrating and I have to remind myself that he isn't going to be a baby forever....
