How much do you spend on gas every week?

It is too freaking high. Thank heavens  hubbys job is just a few blocks away, but when we go out to the farm once a week that is a 20 mile run. The government takes a whooping 46cents a gallon for taxes and that is just the federal and the you have state and county getting their share, so of course the higher the cost the more they get. When it all breaks down the gas station owners don't really make much off the gas but off of the food products they sell helps them.

I drive an old Chevy van and it drinks gas.  I spend 50 a week in gas and that's even when I don't drive it that much.  I only drive when necessary.

I spend about an average of 15 dollars everyday in gas, i know the price of gas is steady going up here in Arkansas, some places it is still affordable, but if you want good gas that those not make your car run terrible, you have to put up with the high price gas, because the higher the gas sometimes, the better the brand, and the better the performance of your car. Right now i am burning a lot of gas, because i need a tune up, but i can't hardly keep my car up with the good maintenance for the cost of gas, grocery, and other bills going up and eating up my money. I am bless to be able to afford gas in my car and i don't like walking, can't ride a bike to where i need to go, due to disabilities that prevent that and also i have a 9 year old i have to transport places too and take and pick up my husband from work and to work, he don't drive or have license and he is 57 years old, yeah i know, for real? lol

I spend about fifty dollars a week for the privelage of driving around the DFW metro mess.

I fill up every other week.  I get paid every 2 weeks so I fill up then.  It cost me about $33 or $66 a month.  I mostly just go to work as I have to just drive 4 1/2 to work.  That is 9 miles a day and then I go to Church on Sunday.  My car is 14 years old and runs good.  Hope everyone has a good week and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

The prices are just way too high!  I spend anywhere from $30-60 and my job is only about 7 minutes away.

i drive 45 minutes one way to work once i drop ma kids off at school n the sitter so i spend probly 100 bucks a week on gas maybe a lil less

60 dollars a week because i cant catch the darn gas thief who siphons the gas out of my car once a week grrrr

Can you rig up some kind of a trap like a mouse trap or something? Or maybe something that would make a loud noise when they open up the door for the gas tank!
I spend about 450.00 a week for gas. Mostly I just drive back and forth to work. Since I work second shift, that means that I do most of my grocery shopping at Walmart, since they're the only ones open at midnight, and they're on my way home from work.

I'd say on average, just commute and local driving on the weekends, we consume about $50-$60 weekly for 2 cars. If we were to include long trips on the weekend it would be more, but not too much.
