I have a hard time seeing when I'm driving at night.  I usually try not to drive after dark.  I really hate to admit it, but I think it's probably an age thing  :sad1: :sad1:

I rarely drive at night, and when i do i usually have to wear prescription sunglasses. Hubby does most of the night driveing and i still have to wear the glasses or i end up getting a rageing headache. The only place i even think about driveing is too the store just a few blocks away. Then most of the time he goes. Sucks to get old. Of course i have had the problem a long time and on top of it i am near-sighted in one eye and far-sighted in the other.

I have night blindness.  I don't mind not being able to drive at night.  I just make sure I am home by dusk.

My husband gets this... when his vitamin A is low.

I have trouble seeing, when there are oncoming cars, even if they don't have their bright lights on. I don't wear glasses, so I think maybe I need a new windshield. Since I work second shift, I always have to drive home at night, so I just try to cope the best I can. At least there isn't much traffic at 12:30 in the morning!

I usually only notice a problem if it is dark and raining.  Then everything is so shiny I can't see the lines clearly if they aren't freshly painted.  I also hate how bright new car headlights are.  I'm sure it's great if you are the one driving the car, but for the person driving at you, they are so bright it hurts.

You are not alone - I also have problems driving at night.  The only time I do drive in the dark, is when I know exactly where I am going - on a fiamiliar route where I know what lane I need to be in, etc.  Otherwise, my husband drives!  I have also heard there are special lenses for night driving, but havne't felt the need to spend that extra money.

Oh my goodness i hate driving at nite time. I only drive at nite when i have too. It just scares me too much. When the cars are passing me by on the other side it makes it where i cant see. I also always think that the other cars have their bright lights on all the time. I also have to drive with my brights on all the time. I do turn them off when cars pass. I think what made me hate to drive at night is that the deer's keep on hitting me. I dont hit them they hit me. lol and it is always at night. So i am with all of u there that dont like to drive at night.

I have trouble with the oncoming headlights. They seem to mess with my depth perception.
If it raining too, I hang it up and get someone else to drive or wait it  out.
I try to not drive at night whenever possible.
