It is verified that laughter is a cure to a lot of problems and diseases. People need to try smiling also.You add more years to your life when you smile and laugh.

Laughter is a wonderful thing it does the body good. It makes you feel great inside. I was helping my daughter with her homework the other day and we were doing something that made us both laugh crack up laughing and I got such a warm feeling just sitting there having a laugh with her. i got such a warm feeling inside watching her laugh
