Re the paid email: if you are using yahoo or hotmail, those services can/do screen your email so that you don't see what they define as spam. This can include FC paid emails at times. If you fail to click on the paid emails for several days, you will be automatically taken off the mailing list.
I use a gmail address and have not had any problems getting the emails. Tho once I went on vacation and didn't click them, so I was removed from the list. Just had to re-sign up when I got back.
Re the paid to click and videos: Are you not getting the Daily page at all? Do you see the surveys, but the Daily Click and the Video box don't show?
Or do they show, but when you click on them, nothing comes up; or something comes up, but you can't progress through to the finish?
When you clear your cookies, are you using the Tools button on your browser? While this works to some degree, I've had the impression that it removes most, but not necessarily all of the temps/cookies.
I use CCleaner. It removes the temp/cookies for all browsers and shows me what's been removed. (I'm always amazed at how many temp files are created in just a few days.) It also clears the trash. So far it hasn't removed any thing that I've missed so I'm happy with it.
If you have more than one browser on your PC, try another browser (after you clear your cookies again.). I use IE for FC because I've had problems getting credit using FireFox (otherwise I use FireFox for most things.)
When clearing my cookies/temps doesn't seem to work, I turn off my PC and try again. Sometimes the act of shutting down the computer seems to correct the systems for misaligned bytes or something.
Last thought: When your problems occur around early October, were you were okay before then? Did you add anything (download software, add anew box program, new hardware, etc) around that time that might have changed something?
