Remember to eat smaller portions and three good meals and 2 healthy snacks. You should eat every 4-6 hours that you are awake

UHHH!!! It always seems like I am on some kind of diet!!  :BangHead:
If I stop working out or stop my so-called diet, I gain my weight back and I hate it!
After I had my son, I had to lose 50 pounds. I did that by eating 980 calories a day, no more and exercising 2 hours a day. That took me about 9 months to lose 53 pounds. I got skinny and then people were saying that I was too skinny and that I needed to eat more, so I started to eat more and then I gain weight and now I look more like a chubby bear! lol
I just started working out again and running, which I love to do, but most days I don't have the time or have very little energy and I feel like I am not motivated to go outside, so I posted a picture of my "fat self" on the refridergator and that motivates me in the morning to get up and break a sweat!

Actually, the best way to lose weight is a combination of diet and exercise, they go hand in hand.  Eat lots of real food (nothing processed or from a box) and do HIIT training (High intensity internal training).  This means short bursts of exercise followed by a recovery period.  Check out Jillian Michaels for details on this.  She's got great advice in my opinion.  good luck!   :wave:

Hey you are not alone with this problem, but the best is moving more and eating less.   So easy to say,but harder to do. Good luck to you.

This is highly incorrect. Losing weight has about 80 percent to do with what you put in your mouth and 20 percent exercise. This is because it's way easier to down 1000 calories in a sitting than it is to burn those same calories. Your body simply can't burn 'em as fast as you can eat 'em.

Exercise will of course accelerate your results, but NOT if you are eating to compensate for burning those calories!!

If you want to lose weight, eat a gluten free diet and cut out as much sugar as possible. I lost 40 pounds with no problem. :thumbsup:
