my thought counts survey
« on: August 18, 2012, 10:59:42 am »
I did a complete survey from My Thought Counts this morning on upcoming new tv releases.  It is not crediting.  I know this is common, but I hate to lose on the big dollar one. I did as everyone always advises.  I left the "thank you" page up for at least a good ten minutes before going on...I don't know, it just was of such length and worth a full dollar that I hate to lose it.   :dontknow:  (And, just coincidentally, I am over $14, so I wanted to see it there so badly... :'( )

Yup that is a real bummer. However I have had no problems receiving credit from MyThoughtCounts shortly after completion of a suvey. Some say that the browser in use makes a difference. Wonder why? I am using IE8.

I wonder if that really is an issue...I don't know, because you are right, I am coming in through Google Chrome.

I use Firefox and I have never had a problem with MyThoughtCounts not crediting. That is one of the best ones in my opinion. Have you done any surveys through them before and received credit? Did you clear your cache and cookies before you take your surveys?

And don't put in a support ticket please. Support can't help you with offers that don't credit. If your account doesn't get credited, the survey company didn't get your survey, so they don't give the money to Fusion Cash. And if Fusion Cash doesn't get money from them, they have none to give to you. It's just something that happens sometimes and you just cross your fingers that it doesn't happen again.

If you aren't credited for a daily survey within a half hour, you aren't going to be. Daily surveys almost always instantly credit or within a few minutes upon completion of survey.

That is incorrect/misleading information.  For a variety of reasons, some surveys do not credit within a half an hour, (some taking longer - from a day later to even longer).

Have we ever come to a conclusion as to if the browser entered from is an issue or not?

For some reason i am having trouble getting hooked up with My Thoughts Count. Internet explorer keeps blocking it. I don't have trouble with any of the others. I clear my cookies out all the time. Can someone tell me what i might be doing wrong? Thanks

The hypothesis that they've figured out how to subtlely filter-out xtians is an unsupported rumor.

Conversely, some cannot conceive of how to be smarter and spend their time disparaging others who can.

I used to be blocked from one of the daily surveys. I found out that it was my ISP (Verizon). I had DSL through them and for some reason there were things that got blocked. I had to call them and they gave me new IP addresses or some numbers to put somewhere......yeah....I don't remember what they were. I just know that the ISP was causing the problem. I switched companies and what do you know everything works.
