First, look at your account page.  It lists all of the offers and bonuses that you have been credited to date.

On the left side of that page (half way down) is your account balance and right below that is a split of that number between offers and bonuses.

You must have a minimum of $25 in total AND $15 in offers in order to request a cash out.

Your credits expire in 180 days.  When a credit reaches 150 day old, a red warning message will appear above that item telling you that it will expire in XX days.  Hopefully, you aren't anywhere close to that yet.

You can get offer monies by doing the daily click ($.15) and the daily paid email ($.02) and viewing any of the video ads that come up.
There are also the daily surveys.  The trick is to just get in the habit of doing this daily stuff every day.

You can get bonus monies by doing at least 30 meaningful posts in the forum in a given calendar month -- and request it -- preferably before the end of that calendar month.  Check out the Contests and Promotions section of the Forum.

Referrals also generate bonues.
