i give $2 and they already get the $2.50 delivery charge so thats good enough.  i had a friend who delivered pizza and made way over $100 on fri-sat-and sun. and also used gas and car expenses for tax purposes.

im a delivery driver and i just want you to know we dont get the delivery fee that just goes to the pizza store not to worker and if pizza cold i know its upsetting but thats not the drivers fault we do and go when our boss tells us dont punish the driver by not tipping if its late. you have to understand on a busy friday or saturday night to have patients just like you would at a resturant sorry im not gonna speed and get in an accident for pizzas to be delivered a minute earlier

Near our home we have 3 different pizza places and they are either around the corner and up the street or just around the corner. Me and my son just drive there. Live very close to a few shopping centers.

For the infrequent times I order pizza for one, I tip them $2.00.

When we used to have delivery, (we are in the outskirts of town and nobody delievers this far out!),  we would give around a $3-$5 tip!

Tips depend on how fast the delivery and the total of the bill. Certain places charge a delivery fee, so if that's the case usually $2

Usually $2, never over $5.
