A Bad Impression

My husband and I are both writers. During dinner conversations, we often tell our children about our working days. It wasn't clear how much they absorbed until one day I overheard my seven-year- old, Lucy, cry out in frustration at her five-year-old sister, Charlotte, "You, you... you editor!"

Cute, I don't have any children, but I love the way they pick things up. This time may not have made you happy but it is so wonderful. Used t have a gym and baby sit children on  Saturdays mornings while their parents got free time. Should have become a teacher. "Kids Say the Darnedest Things", it is so true.

:wave:Talikng about writing reminds me how fast a day can pass by when you are in the moment and words are flying, and the phon rings, and the doorbell goes off! My friend looks at me and says, "What? Did I do something to make you upset?"
