HELP - CASHOUT WILL NOT WORK FOR ME

Can anyone please please help me - have tried several times today to "cashout" and when I go through the process - all I get at the end is that my "account has been successfully updated" and it does not show the "cash out". 

This is my 2nd time cashing out here and I did not incur this problem the first time around...

What to do? - How to cashout today?

Please advvise....
