vividly realistic dreams of the devil
« on: January 04, 2013, 02:18:47 pm »
I had a horrifying dream of the devil and it scared me so bad! What's worse is that in my dream,he sent a small dog like a yorkie to sit /lay at my feet in my bed all the while the dogs head is disguised as the devils "handbook" and when I awoke, there was a perfect circle the size of a small dog exactly where it had lay in my dream! But the rest of my blanket was a total mess except for that smooth unmarred circle! REALLY FREAKED ME OUT PEOPLE! And then the book that was also the dogs head( I know it sounds crazy) had millions of pages but was only about 1 inch thick! And the pages was black, solid shiny black like stencil paper for a tattoo artist and they had millions of agonizing, painful faces on them. And there was also two gold chain necklaces .each necklace has a gold key and a gold coin attached to it. And inside the big black book, there was another smaller book that whenever the "keys" were in sight of that book, its like they was magnetized to the smaller book! And whenever they touched it would open and all sorts of horrendous, terrible things would happen. I have no clue what to make of this dream, but it terrified me so bad that I woke up crying ! And in the entirety of the dream we are inside a house and everything is calm. But whenever you open any door, all you hear is the booming voices of trillion souls and fire everywhere and winds that would make and f5 tornado look like a tiny burp. Any advice or suggestions as to what my dreams are telling me???

:o I really like horrifying/scary dreams... Not so much that they freak me out while they are happening but when I wake-up, How happy I am to say to myself, "I'm so glad that was just a dream".
I never try to make any sense of dreams, I have a hard enough trouble trying to make sense of what's happening in the world... I gotta stop reading the newspaper and/or watching the tv news. (now that can be frighting).

I have had plenty of scary dreams, but never would I remember them in the pinpoint detail that you describe.  In fact, I don't really ever remember anyone describing a dream that they had with that much detail.  If you did in fact have a dream of that nature I really think you may need to seek a psychiatrist.  Obviously your mind is overworked and trying to tell you something.  I would guess you have been under a great amount of stress.  Please understand I am not trying to insult you.  I have had bi-polar disorder for years and have gone through lots of periods of terrifying dreams.  Usually it is an indication that I am not doing very well.
