Does anyone else have verizon webmail and does it run slow or just not right. I have all kinds of problems with my email everyday and I even tried different computers and I still have the same problems. What's up with this?

Last month I completely cancelled my internet and phone with verizon. I had so many problems with them it was ridiculous. Sorry, can't help you with issues today.

I do not have Verizon web mail either.  However, if their web mail is anything like their other services, I would encourage you to consider getting another e-mail account or simply have your Verizon messages forwarded to another existing account.  Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Aol, just about anything else would be better than dealing with Verizon.  They have lied to me repeatedly.  My contract is nearly up and I won't ever be doing business with them again.

I had Verizon for awhile and it was awful. We had themcome out 3 times, had to buy a new router (which had to be a verizon model) and nothing helped. It was extremely slow and hung up ALL the time. They tried to say that I probably had my computer too far away from the wireless router, but I was sitting RIGHT NEXT TO IT !!!
I got fed up and switched to *bleep* Communications. I have not hd ANY PROBLEMS since.
