You can cashout once a month if you meet the requirements. Payments are always on time. Checks may be 2-10 days after being approved due to mailing time.

I didn't see this limitation in the TOS, but it's not a real problem since you can always request a cash out in the current month after you receive last month's check.  Never been a problem for me since I only cash out every 3-4 months.  But for people who can cash out every month, it's just a matter of making your request to cash out after the 20th.
