If you are going to cash out around $25, I would make sure to cash out at $26 or $27 just in case you have an offer that gets revoked.  It happens very rarely, but it can happen and has happened to me when I cashed out just barely over $25.  I had a $1 offer revoked and it put me under $25 and had to wait an entire month to get that cash out.
