Where's my cashout??!!

My support ticket has been open for a week after i faxed in some ID verification needed to send my payment.

No replies, no activity, no cashout, status is "temporarilty denied" just like it was before they got my fax. I have a receipt saying my fax arrived and printed out just fine on their end.

  Have you resended my cashout??? I don't think you answered my trouble tickets yet!!!!! PLEASE RESEND MY CASHOUT!!!! You sent the first one to my OLD bank account number, and I changed the info last month,,, I guess I should have notified you about the change. Anyway, I even checked and redid the new info, so PLEASE!!!!! resend my cashout to my new bank number!!!!!! thank you very much.
