Well if u work for someone like in an office or store than u should explain that u need a summer vacation and u need time for ur self but if u work from home than u can take off whenever u want.

You don't have to tell anyone, but usually just talking with co-workers it comes up anyway.  Usually that is no big deal, my time off is not a big secret.

Yeah that always seem to happen you tell one co-worker and when you leave and people started asking questions that one co-worker tells everybody. I really don't care most of the time I just spend time with family or just relax so if they want to know about that it is on them.

i think most jobs expect it. i hate when people lie though. sure the bosses make you feel you have to but i don't know.

I think if u dont take alot of time off then no u shouldnt. U just have to say it is personal.They dont need details as a manager i never asked for details
