Recipe for Tuna Peas Salad
1/2 cup frozen peas
6 1/2 oz canned tuna (packed in water)
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoon lemon juice
optional fat-free mayonnaise to taste

How to make Tuna Peas Salad

Prepare peas as directed on the package. In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, shredded carrot, lemon juice and peas toss gently.
Optionally add fat-free mayonnaise, if that is your preference. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Serve on lettuce or in a tomato cups.
