You might consider looking through the other forums to see if your questions have already been answered before.  If not, there are forums related to questions about offers, support, contests and promotions, etc..  Welcome to FC, where we were all newbies once.

I think you will be able to get the hang of it. Everyone is very helpful on the forums and explain how to do lots of things on the website. If you have more specific questions that you don't see in the forum, make a new post. It seems like you found the forum just fine. =)

It's easy enough to get the hang of posting in the forum. Just make sure you submit your posts to get the $3 bonus for posting 30 posts. Welcome!
