$15 needs to be from surveys, offers, referrals, ect. and the remainder $10 can be from bonuses for example the flash game of the month is  50 cent bonus if you complete it.

The first $15 must come from regular offers, the daily surveys, the daily tasks, or videos. The remaining $10 can come from either offers or bonuses. Bonuses include referrals, the $3/mo forum posting bonus, the $1/mo bonus for posting a screenshot of your payment, the weekly promotions, etc. I guess one point is you can't cash out with referral bonuses alone. You must reach $15 in offers and have a total of $25 or more in offers and bonuses total in order to cash out.
