It's all about status, and peer pressure. and self esteem. People of that age are made to feel inferior if they are not with the technology and clothung trends. Let her enjoy it. Soon enough the responsibilities of adulthood will creep in and all the status stuff goes by the wayside. You be smart save your money for school or a business or for travel. God Bless :angel11:

My son is like that too, he is in his twenties ,  Its really none of my business but It does bother me when he insists on buying only designer label clothes for his child who is a toddler.  What a waste of money.

Buying any piece of clothing just by the name on it is stupid.  Comfort, practicality and anything that is not butt-ugly should be the priorities.

I do agree with that completely even thought I have at times went with name brand for a few extra dollars to get better quality. I feel like if people are so worried about the brands I am wearing then they can just buy it for me.

Some name brands are better quality and worth paying more for because they will last longer

I thought it was the reverse. I saw many young girls prefer to stick with name brand clothes than the mature generation. I found some brand names don’t necessarily make their clothes with the best fabrics that can last longer after several washes in the washing machine.
