Does anyone else suffer from occular migraines and auras? If so, how do you handle the episodes. I try not to freak out when my vision goes and everything becomes a flashing blob, but it is hard not to! :crybaby2:

my husband has auras before he has a seizur. if he can he usually just lays down until it passes while trying to relax even though it's a very stressful time and accuring thing.  There are meds you can take to help with auras. ask your doctor
