It means that, if you just cashed out this month, (May), your payment is pending until next month, (approx. June 20th).

It means that they check out your offers that you completed to make sure they are accurate and done properly.  Meaning you made all the requirements met for each off.

Every one's cash out request is put in a pending status until FC has had a opportunity to review all records.  You're not being singled out; but it does mean that all of us who avoid offers have to wait just like everyone else.

Sometimes even the offers you complete get denied. Sucks, but that is how it works sometimes. It will say pending until you are physically paid. Then, it will say Cashed Out.

yeah, pending is when Fc checks the offers and forum posts before dishing funds out.
