reply before May 12th please! Jewelry, crafts, loose crystals question?

Recently I just bought my girlfriend earrings online that I thought were at a good price and didn't realize a genuine crystal stone was missing from one of them.  Now I received them today and as I went back online almost ready to ask for a refund I noticed in the pictures it shows a missing stone that you have to really look at the picture to notice.  So even though the description said "new with tags" it had a missing stone. 

To the point, I was wondering if anyone was into crafts and actually know a place where I could buy loose genuine crystals and glue that I could put one of them in these earrings so the gift is not totally ruined??

Her birthday is May 12th so anyone that can reply before then I'd be greatly appreciative.
