ADMIN... video Not Paid.

I would like to voice or rather share my complaint.   

And yes.. I put a support ticket in..... 

Yeah it is over .01 penny... but you know what.. those pennies add up. 

I watched a video this morning and was not credited it for it. We are not talking about $1.00 plus.  We are talking about a simple penny.

I can't believe there is no way for the system to be able to check to see if there was an error on your end. 

Again... we are talking about a penny... not $10.00   

Videos are so scarce on your site... and I know for me.. I am so darn excited when I see any posted!!!

Then to be shorted a penny.... I really find that sad. 

And for the ones that are going to reply with.. really.. you are complaining about a penny... Yes I am.  For those pennies really do add up.  **Seeing that pennies are a big thing here on this site.

So for those are going to say I am complaining when I should be glad that I get any pennies... We are talking about something that was actually earned.

Okay.. I said my peace.. I hope that I get a positive response.  For this is the FIRST time this has EVER happened to me.. with videos.

I have had this happen before, I remember watching a video then it reapears and I watch it 10 times and dont ever get credit.. but then again Ive also watched a video and it reapears 3 or 4 times and I get credit for each...

The videos not crediting has been rare tho but I dont know what / if anything can be done about it.. the bigger issue for me with videos is sometimes they wont work for me, like one today said "Watch this video earn 1 cent" and then the box for the video said no video available (not the standard sorry we are out of videos today message) and other times it just wouldnt let me click something that I needed to in order to watch. But again this is a rare problem and usualy they work just fine.

My advice is to try a different browser.  I don't have the problem any more, but I used to only get credit for the videos if I used Internet Explorer.  I know it can be frustrating, but try a different browser and see if that helps.

That video for hugging your dog never did credit for me either. It was incredibly slow for a 2-minute video. I also watched it multiple times with no credit.

Yes same here.. but the Hugging your dog did credit for me tonight...

Definitely try different browsers. If a video doesn't credit in one browser I try another one and they usually work.

 Not many day that video is available for me, but I enjoy to watch them when they available
