did you make a new years resolution

i did and so far so good i have been able to keep it mine was to lose 40lbs i have lost 25 so far

I don't ever set new years resolutions.  If I have a goal I want to set then I set it.  I wouldn't wait for new years.  I guess that's just me, because new years resolutions seem to be pretty popular.
