If I'm reading your name correctly you're female, right?  :female:

It sounds like good old hormones to me.  Been there, done that, don't want the t-shirt.  If you're young enough it could be PMS, if you're older it could be perimenopause.  I started changing at 38, my mom was younger when she started changing.  It could be as simple as taking a progesterone supplement like Wild Yam capsules.  Check out Dr Christian Northrup's website and/or books.  She's wonderful and explains it very well.  You might also check out the book "Menopause, The Silent Passage" by Gail Sheehy.

Oh, vitex is an herb that balances your hormones.  I found it extremely helpful.

I'm not bipolar, but have a friend who is. It's not a new condition for him, and something that is very noticeable if he's not taking his medication. We all have our days and times when we're not exactly ourselves, and are more easily agitated. So I'm not sure if you're experiencing bipolar symptoms. You might want to talk to your doctor about that if it continues.

I have some form of it, at least that is what one of my many doctors told me. I have been on medications such as Lamictal but nothing really helps. Put it this way if you had it, you would know it or at least someone around you would be able to tell there is something really wrong with you. If you don't have a super bad case of it, I would stay clear of all these psychiatrist at any cost. They are nothing more than drug pushers and brain butchers.  :BangHead: :BangHead:

you just might be moody...bi-polar is marked by long periods of sadness by long periods of extreme happiness and no apparent reason for each emotion.   bi-polar is over diagnosed, i've studied psychology for 4 years now...you just think, when you are angry do you have a reason to be?   when you are sad do you have a reason to b e?
