I cant go into the paid to post site.  A message shows up and says it is lock.  What can I do and is anyone having the same problem?

The thread is locked which means you cannot reply to the thread but you can still get in if you scroll down to the words that say:

forum bonus request form

After you click on that phrase you'll be taken to a page where you can see how many posts you have for this month and you can also enter the message ID numbers for this month.
