How much do you tip?

If service is good, usually 20%. If it is not good, closer to 10%. All depends on THEIR service to me, how long I have to wait for a check. Since I usually have my daughter with me, the tip gets slashed if I have to wait a long time because she is super restless.

Its usually 15 to 20% but if its a place I go to frequently and I know the waitress then its usually more

I make sure I can afford the price of a meal as well as a tip ALWAYS.  Although I'm not good at math, I do my best to leave 2-5 dollars at least. I never have a huge bill anyway. I think people who can't afford to tip fairly when they dine out, should at LEAST clean up their table, and leave as soon as possible in consideration  for their server. Let's all remember customer service is demanding work-so acknowledge these people when and how you can!

My husband is a generous tipper..usually 25 per cent. He says if we don't tip that much, waiters on minimum wage won't make enough money to live. When I am by myself it's 15 percent, but if the service is great I might do 18-20 percent, depending on if I'm short of money myself.

99% of the time I will tip 20% of the total.  There's only been a handful of times that I tipped 15% but they have to do a lot to cause that.  Once a friend and I only tipped 10% cause the person waiting on us had pretty much dropped off our food, which was wrong, walked by our table to see if we needed anything once (which was almost immediately after we got our correct food), and when we asked to get a refill on our drinks, they forgot and we had to ask another waitress to get our drinks.  Oh, and we were the only people in the restaurant at the time, so it wasn't like the person waiting on us was busy or anything.
