Take a long shower and then make yourself and big snack and go in your bed and watch a good comedy movie and just have some laughs!!

I'd just do something more relaxing than what i'm doing now. Maybe use a stress ball once in a while or just watch some comedy films.

Someone once suggested chopping would. I don't get the chance to do that often, but I do think it would be a good way to let out frustration.

Someone once told me, "You can change anything you don't like by changing your mind."

Take a long walk, mow the lawn, shovel snow, clean up something, go running or horseback riding, walk in the woods, confess your sins, or just  :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: on the wall.  lol

I pray and give thanks to the good Lord for all his blessings and then I give it to God.  He can better handle it than I can in order to have peace.

i seldom get angry, but when i do i just send messages to my sister until i feel it is all out then say , ok im done , im fine see :).... she will do the same. amazing how it helps just typing how you feel. make sure you do it to a trusted person that isnt going to blast everything you say, or judge you for it :)

When you realize that your anger hurts you MORE than it hurts the other person, you learn to let it go quickly... I don't want the angst giving me hearburn to I release it and am much happier...

I think it depends on the person but i think i need to find more ways because keeping it in doesnt help!!! I think going on a walk sitting outside, letting it out go to the gym and get a hard workout just whatever works for you !!!

I rarely get angry, but when I do, typically vigorous exercise works best for me.  Things like doing a TaeBo workout, doing pushups/situps, fast pace on my elliptical.  If I went for a walk - it would have to be a pretty long one to release that energy.
