Because information sells and the publishers never take the time to investigate if the info is legitimate or not.

Because no one knows it's a scam until someone gets scammed...and not a whole lot of people take the time to check it out...not to mention the people that don't take to time to report the scams...they just write it off that they have been scammed...

Why? Where did you get scammed??
