Club soda cake.....

I had a friend who made Soda Pop cakes and they were sooooo goooood!  Very moist cakes.

She would use white soda (like 7-up or Sprite) with the flavored cakes.  Sometimes she would get a white cake and use a flavored soda (like an Orange soda).  Concept is the same, just provides additional variety.
