So i just read something that kinda killed the site for me. referral earning are considered a bonus and don't count toward the $15 min? this may in fact stop me from using the site. I had hoped in the near future to advertise referral links and simply make money that way like i can on other sites. If I still have to personally do $15 in offers just to get paid out i may not do this after all and move on.

Your loss. What's so distasteful about subscribing to the daily email to remind you to logon and do the daily paid to click? Total time required is less than 5 minutes a day and every three months you can cashout with all your bonus money included.

You aren't required to cash out when you achieve the $15 in offers and $25 in total.  You can allow the total to accumulate  and only have to meet the $15 minimum in offers each time you cash out.  So get your referrals and wait for them to do the work.

Of course it might help them  (and you) if you could give them pointers on how to make money on the site.  And once you know how to do that, you might discover it's just as easy to earn the $15 as it is to get referrals and teach them how to earn.  Good luck!
