Are you making through the entire survey and completing it? Or are you just having problems from getting denied?
If you do complete it and come to the end with the Fusion Cash "congratulations you completed the survey" screen, then you should get credited to your account. It always doesn't happen right away, it can take up to a day to get the credit to show up, just keep refreshing your account page until it does. If for some reason after a day it doesn't show up, then i suggest opening up a support ticket and resolving it that way. I'm sure the Fusion Cash staff will add it to your account as long as you actually made it to the end of the survey.
