Question about not getting credit

I'm hoping someone can help.  I have read all the rules and completed surveys and am not getting the credit for it at least 3/5 times.  Does anyone have any idea why that could be and what I could?

Are you getting to the page where it says Thank you for completing the survey or Thank you, you should be credited shortly? What I have found is if I left that tab up for 5-10 min it helped and I was able to watch myself getting credited by having the account page up on another tab. If that doesn't work maybe try another browser

I am getting to the page where I complete the survey and it tells me thank you for your participation, but doesn't say anything about my fushioncash.  The browser is a good idea.  I will try that tomorrow. I already tried all the surveys today.  Thank you!
