I too have dealt with Vista Print. I just joined them though in Oct. through the offer presented here at FC. But have heard highly of them beforehand.
I got my products from them in a week and was not charged for anything that I did not purchase. And I found them to be very reasonable in their prices. They are actually cheaper than any printer in my area. I ordered business cards for my hubby and the deal was great! I also ordered Holiday cards from them, again, a pleasant & smooth transaction!
I clicked the link to see the complaints that people have about Vista Print. The $14.95 charge is in fact a monthly charge for Vista Print Rewards Program. I noticed when I joined Vista Print in Oct., when you fill out your info and look on the bottom of the page, there are boxes that you can check. One of them is for Vista Print Rewards Program. They give you a 30 day Free Trial & after that, it's $14.95 a month. Some people apparently clicked the box & did not read what they were clicking for. So it seems that people do not read the TOS and small print when they order products. I did & I didn't check that box and PRESTO, I've yet to have a $14.95 charge. Hmmmm
As for the complaints of someones CC getting used at another website, who's to say it's Vista Prints fault? There are hackers out there that can obtain information. That's why it's always a GREAT idea to make sure a website in which you are using a CC on has that Verisign & that the site is encrypted with the Padlock symbol. Letting you know that it's a safe & secure site. Vista Print had all of this so I am thinking someone used their CC on another site that wasn't a secured site. The padlock will appear on the bottom right of your page, near your computers clock & will appear on the payment info page when you go to enter your personal information. If no padlock is present, do NOT enter anything, PERIOD!
So, regardless of peoples apparent lack in reading & understanding terms before they order something, my opinion of Vista Print is still very high & I will remain a loyal customer!
And FC I am sure screens companies before they present their offers to us. It is in FC TOS to NOT bad mouth a company in the Forums & stating that Vista is a
scam offer not only does not hold water, it is against FC TOS!
It's fine to say you personally had a problem with them but to call them a
scam is bad mouthing them.

showing or expressing disapproval or contemptPretty ignorant too for some to say they had charges going on for months and never realized their CC was being charged. I mean, come on. You get a monthly statement in the mail for your CC's. You mean to tell me that it took MONTHS for people to realize they were being charged??
I have never had a problem with phone calls either after joining Vista Print & truth of the matter is, certain companies can get a persons phone number as it is free information. Unlisted numbers are still retrievable.
These complaints fall upon deaf ears as far as I'm concerned as I think it's a huge pile of
. So take your Vista Print bashing elsewhere as it's NOT welcome here!
The complaints are nil though as 99% of those complaints were in regards to the $14.95 charge and I am sorry, but it is nobodies fault but their own for NOT reading! Just like here on FC, you are to read the TOS. And make sure you don't click or complete an offer unless you're really interested in it. In this case, the same rule should have applied to all of those who clicked on that box in Vista Print! My guess would be that maybe some did read the Free Trial for the service, clicked on it & just forgot to cancel before the 30 days was up.
