The only dunking contests that I watch are the ones on Conan.  hehe

the dunk contest overall was pretty lame.  Just doesn't have the punch that it used to....the real NBA stars don't participate and most of the last 15 years it's been a bunch of scrubs who end up in the d-league within 2 years.  All they do now is try to jump over stuff....what happened to real dunks like Vince Carter vs Tracy McGrady in 2000 or Mike vs Dominique in the mid 80's.....just isn't as cool to watch anymore....even Dwight Howard a few years ago wasn't that entertaining.

I think that Lebron James and Blake Griffin should have been in the Slam Dunk competition.

Try to dunk it when you have 5 opposing elbows in your face.  It's a little different then.

I had Williams winning it before it started so I was waaay off and was very surprised Buddinger made the final... Needless to say, they need some "star power" in this thing... pretty dull stuff!

They definitely need more higher starpower names to participate in the event. Whatever happened to the household names participating in events?
