I wouldnt run right out and quit your job. This is a place where you can make a little extra money every month. Im sure you could make a decent amount if you stayed with it all day. Refferals is the key!!! Good luck to you!

Agreed. Getting the referrals is the key... I need to systematic about getting new referrals as I do about coming and working the site my self.
