All you have to do to get credit for the bible is fill out the form.  That's all I did.  I didnt pay any shipping and handling, but if you really want the bible, then you'll have to pay.

That National Survey Search in the new offers gets to a certain point...then stops on an ad...it does not even have a submit button on the page, so ur stuck an can only close the window..i even tried to highlight the page to see if it would show up...nope...just wasted my time on some ad and its 'misconfigurations' again i guess..smh

I had the same problem, had to close the window, but it did credit. Maybe thats how it's supposed to end?
