Fusion Cash Customer Support

I received credit for a $2 survey on 12-10-2011, however, I was denied payment when I cashed out recently. I waited a few weeks to see if I would be credited again, but haven't.

Surveys are difficult for me to qualify for. I would like to know if I'm going to get paid for the completed survey.

Sometimes it takes awhile for the system to catch up . If you continue to have this problem contact customer servuce and let them know that is problem is occuring.

I have a very difficult time qualifying for surveys. I have only been able to qualify for one and did get $1.00. I would open a support ticket and ask why.

Surveys seem to be a hit or miss. And that is with all sites, not just with Fusion Cash. Every so often, I qualify for one on another site. Mostly when I do, I finish the survey and get rewarded. But there have been a few where I finished and never got a reward. And there was nothing that I could do about it.

I have never had it post like that on my account tab then say denied next to it. I would definitely file a support ticket and find out why. The only reason I could think of is that they may think you did not answer the survey truthfully, hurried through it w/o really reading the questions etc.

A bunch of people were denied money for surveys done in December. I don't know what the issue was. Maybe it was a certain company that never paid Fusion Cash or something. If Fusion Cash doesn't get paid by the company, Fusion Cash can't pay us. Maybe that was the reasoning.
