I need so help please

Hello im new to this so i don't know a lot about it yet.What is the best way to earn money without paying money? When i try to watch a movie or click on a site it will not load. What should i do?

      It is the computer you are using! Go to the local library and use their Internet computers. If you still have troubles, ask for help there.

Your internet may be running slow. Not really sure. You can sign up for "offers" which many are free. Signing up for free websites, completing surveys, you can even earn each month by posting in the forum.
