That happened to me with a credit card offer once. Fusion Cash support said they couldn't do anything because if they didn't get paid then they can't pay you. I thought i lost out on some money, but it turned out a couple weeks later i ended up getting credit for it. So there are some rare occasions when you might get credited laster than usual.

When did you do the offer? They take time to credit. From the FAQ:

How long does it take to get credit for an instant offer?
Most instant offers will be credited to your account within 10 minutes. However, they may occasionally take several hours or even days to show up. Please read the offer credit information page.

How long does it take to get credit for a non-instant offer?
Most non-instant offers will be credited to your account within a day or two. Occasionally, the advertiser delays reporting for days or even weeks.

Sometimes when you do the offers that you have to buy something it will take a lot longer to credit. They probably want to make sure your not going to return the item or something like that.
