I personally don't believe the generation growing up are ready for Marriage at a young age. I was 19 and so was my wife. This year we will have our 40th Wedding anniversary. I believe every generation since, and even some of my generation could not handle the reponsibility of parenting and marriage. It is too easy to walk away from Marriage and Children. I believe that now a minimum of 28 for Marriage. My son and daughter were married at 28 and 24. Yes I believe a College education these days is critical and they need to have that before Marriage. You never know when something can happen to your spouse and now you are a single parent. Education gives you a step up on society and be able to financially care for your children.
