am always being told  I do not qualify even after you spend 10 minutes or more answering questions.  RARELY get to do the surveys that you can attempt every 24 hours. What's up with this?  Anyone have any suggestions?

try to read the questions and answer them honestly  .

keep at it and you'll qualify and when you do you almost always get credit

Sorry that you're having a hard time.  It's frustrating when you spend a lot of time and then still don't qualify.  Just keep trying.  They put those qualification questions at the beginning and sometimes it takes awhile to find out if you are in the group they are looking for.  I wish you good luck with future surveys.
