why i am not credited

usually when i was doing surveys i got credited within an hour but yesterday i completed 2 trial offers but didn't get credit for that.also i pay for that offers almost $10.i did complete my offer i am pretty sure and they charged my credit card for that.please help.thanks

yes i got $3.00 and i am also supposed to get $5 when referral do cashout,my referral did cashout but i didn't get credit for that may be when their check will be processed.
