Believe you need to complete an offer -- any of the daily surveys will do or any regular offer.  The daily $.15 daily click does not qualify for this.

On your account page, in the upper left hand section is a box labeled verification.  Make sure you have completed all of the items indicated.

On your account page on the left side, look under Verification and make sure the top three are checked.

Verification
Complete these steps to verify your account:
   Account Activation
   Your Profile
   Telephone Verification
