Getting a reward for providing a great suggestion to FusionCash?

What do you guys think about this???

 Is it a good idea for the Administrator to reward members for good ideas? Like... $2 or $3? I assume that the administrator is not going find all ideas great or practical, but there must be one or two that they find very useful and that they WILL actually use it. I think rewarding members for giving good ideas will ENCOURAGE members to actually think of great ideas, instead of posting random things in the forum... and I think it helps improve the site in some way...
