Best Buy???? More like Worst Buy..... Whats ur tale?

I have been to Best Buy several times. The customer service there is awful, and I am finding that at most stores these days. You search the stores for help and just can't get it, or you finally get somebody who has absolutely no knowledge about what your asking. The last time I was at Best Buy was to purchase/upgrade my cell phone. I was told the phone and color was in stock, waited more than an hour while other customers were being helped. So understaffed....well after all the  the kid tells me he made a mistake and they didn't have the phone. I immediately flipped, went directly to the manager. I was given the two dvds I planned on purchasing free....haven't been back there since!

I don't have a true beef with Best Buy, but they're not really the cheapest either. I still sometimes give them a chance when shopping at the store, but I often times cannot find what I'm looking for based on the limited brand selection of certain accessories.

I have had really good experiences in the past year with Best Buy. In the past had one issues but I think they've gotten better!!

I love best buy don't love there prices but I love their products and variety

I've never had an issue with Best Buy.  Both of our Desktop computers are from Best Buy and neither have ever had a problem, and we also buy many games and movies/series from them as well.  Never had a problem in the years we've been going there.
