There are enough tips on getting referrals right here in this forum to fill a book. If you want someone to take your hand and lead you step-by-step personally, you need to find a mentor off the forum.

I do my everyday tasks and sometimes a survey. I do watch the videos when they are available. But I do try and get referrals, and it is extremely hard to do. I promote this and other sites I use, but I never get anyone who is interested. I do use FaceBook as one of the avenues to advertise, but it seems no one is interested in joining anything online. But I keep on trying.
